Two years ago, I found LTK from website and contacted Evelyn Ding in San Mateo, USA. She sent me a DVD. Since then, I have practised LTK 2-3 times a week. Last year, when I got my annual medical report, my cholesterol level was at a very good level I never had before. I believed this was resulted from doing the LTK exercise for the past 2 years. In addition, I found my knee pain has been significantly reduced. This exercise is easy to learn and play. I hope more people can get the benefit from it.
